The deadline to register for individual exhibit space at MEDICA 2010 was March 1, 2010. Any applications for individual exhibit space received after this date will be considered after the initial exhibit space assignments are completed in August. Several S-Bahn lines connect Düsseldorf to the other cities of Rhine-Ruhr region, so wherever you stay, the fairgrounds can be easily reached within 20-40 min and you can take advantage of the services of a 4 star hotel for EUR 200.00, while the rates for the 2 and 3 star hotels start from EUR 150.00.
Luxury hotels in the city centre will reach 600-800 EUR per night during this major event and the small pensions or boarding houses also increase their prices accordingly – this was the case last year according to the stats provided by visitors.
